More About Weighted PM Scores
Individuals can get scores from 1 to 5 on many different subjects in the performance management dashboard, from metrics and projects to commitments and personal development goals. All of those scores are then rolled into one overall score for the individual on the individual performance report.
Now, it is possible to give a weight to each of those subjects so that some are more important than others. The weights for each subject are set up on the dashboard settings page and can change each period.
Once weights are set up, individual performance reports will display the weights as percentages and the weighted score for each section of the report. All of the weighted scores can then be combined into the overall score.
