Option for Player to disapprove of results in Coach/Player Survey

When the coach sends the survey back to the player for their final approval there is only the approval button for the player to select.

It would be nice if on the player’s survey screen, they would have a “Decline” button that will send the unapproved survey back to the coach, with a comment included as to why the player did not approve it.

Their only other option is to either not approve the survey at all or have a meeting before it is sent to the player for final approval whether they will approve of the coach's scores.
