Monthly metrics goals

We find it difficult to schedule monthly or quarterly goals in Connections. If we enter a yearly goal in the minimum, budget and exceeds category, then we spend almost the entire year in minimum (which we assign the color red). It's not really accurate to say we're in the red because we might be on pace. The other option is to adjust the three goal areas every month, but that is very tedious. It would be nice to have an option to automatically break down a larger goal into monthly or quarterly goals.
