Dialog report for whole Reports To tree

It would be nice to have a report that would list dialogs including the logged in individual, the people that report to them and their team's reports and so on if available. The list would show the most recent dialogs with a note on what day it was created along with a link to view the dialog.

This list would be populated depending on the security of whoever is requesting the list. If a person does not have anyone that reports to them it would only list their own dialogs. If a department head would view the report, as long as the reports to relations are set up correctly, they would be able to see the dialogs for everyone in the department.
