Speed and Refresh Problems
Sometimes when saving in a module, project or dialogs, Connections gets hung up and goes no where. I have to refresh which loses any data that I may have added. This is a frequent problem where I have received many complaints from other users. The other frequent complaint is the speed of navigation. Is there anything that can help this problem.

Over the last two years, increasing speed has been our primary focus. I hope it has gotten better for you. We've been optimizing the back-end database and front-end JavaScript and HTML anywhere we could. We've also totally redesigned the user interface to allow more in-place editing and to use full-screen edit windows instead of the hard-to-use pop-ups. The redesigned interface is currently available on a beta site and will eventually roll out to the main production site as soon as it is completed.
