Project Completion Status
When changing the status of one of our Organization projects to 'Complete', this status does not change on the Department pages for those who may have linked to that project. We are certain they haven't inadvertently copied it as the green link arrow does appear. It would seem to me that if you update the 'parent' project, that should feed down system-wide.
Am I missing something? Thank you kindly!

when you enter the "actual end date" on the main project, there is a green check mark (on the left of the project name) that shows the project is completed whether the project is still on the "current" status list on the main organization page. If a department has linked the project on their department page, the green check mark (the linked project will still show the linked project as "current" on the department list if that is where they have it listed.) So the green arrow check mark showing the completed project will show on BOTH the org and the linked department page (so it does filter down). That end date can only be set by the people with security to change that - it would be on the project where the project was initiated. When linking projects, the name of the project, and the dates cannot be changed on any linked project (but linked projects status can be changed). the green arrows showing completion can then let the dept know they should change their project to completed status or just delete it off their project list.
