Follow-up Tasks for Metric Dialogs

Suggested by a customer:

How can we document follow-ups from critical measure meetings?  We don’t see a specific dialog agenda so we have been using the related links to attach the minutes.  But follow-ups have been missed because we don’t see a way to document them outside of the minutes.
