Copy "People"

We have created People templates. Is it possible to make extra copies of those templates so we can then slap in employee names? Right now managers and supervisors are using those templates to copy from and paste into their employee People pages, which is very tedious.

  What if we had a page where you could create a template for a job type and then use that template to create as many new users as you'd like?  What should be included in the template?  Basic role and performance indicators, basic role tasks, organization and department membership and titles?

  I like the idea of a job type template.  I think the most important components of the template would be the Basic Role and performance indicators.  Metrics may be too specific to the employee.
