Dialog comments header keyword changed to "Minutes"

It would be nice to have the comments section of dialogs marked as "Minutes / Comments" or "Minutes" or "Dialog Minutes" or something to that effect.  This would mean creating a new keyword for the header of the dialog comments and separating it out from the keyword used by the comments module on other pages.
