create a ghantt report type report

people can see projects, and project tasks in a ghantt style report - so there might also be a people ghantt report that would have tasks from basic role, projects, follow-up tasks and personal tasks that would show on the ghantt report - maybe you could click a check mark that would add each set of tasks to the report.  The report would roll 12 months forward for current projects, 3 months forward for tasks
