Metric Dialogs

at the org level, there are metric dialogs by the people who own the metrics but there is no way to track those meetings or meeting minutes.  right now they just attach a Word document.  maybe this wouldn't be on the scale of the regular dialogs, but a way to track what they say.  Wonder if one note could be used for this?
