More Security Visibility Throughout Application

It would be best if Add/Edit/Delete/Delegate buttons where hidden from users that do not have access.  When a user does try to access a forbidden page, it should show an appropriate error message rather than a raw error or blank page so that users are better aware of why the application is not performing as expected.
