Type the whole name when adding to Security Groups rather than the first letter

When adding people to security groups, it would be easier to type in the whole name like when adding ‘reports to’ to employees, but the security group section only lets you type in one letter and you have to search for the individual.  This would be especially helpful for those users that have a large number of employees.
