Hide Completed Tasks in Outlook Connector

Currently, if you delete a Task in outlook, but don't delete it in Connections, it will be recreated in Outlook on the next sync.  For completed tasks, this can leave a lot of extra tasks showing in Outlook.  Provide a way to delete the tasks in Outlook without deleting in Connections, or a way to no longer sync tasks that are completed in COL after a set period.
