Synchronize Connections Online Comments and Tracking Label to MS Project Notes and User Field

Client requested comments and tracking label be synchronized to MS Project.  The tracking label can go in a user-defined text field in MS Project.  The notes would have to be tied to a Comment in Connections via an ID somehow or else they would be recreated on sync.
