Add Scoreboard into Options for Department Dialog Report

Hello,

I had a department manager suggest that it would be convenient to add the department scoreboard into the Options section of the Department Dialog Report. She is currently printing out a Department Connection Report and Department Dialog report each month. I was not sure how hard this is to do but thought it was a great suggestion!
