Multiple task selection

Originally from ticket #3136.

This system needs to have the ability to select multiple tasks at the same time, such as using check boxes.

Currently each individual task has to be edited one at a time, even for simple commands like delete or make them children of another task.

  Definitely! This will be a huge timesaver, especially if we can edit dates and statuses at one time for multiple tasks.
