Change headings on metrics for ind, depts, orgs

It would be nice if we could change the headings on the metrics for individual departments or organizations.  Example:  We use Minimum, Meets and Exceeds for 95% of the scorecards, however, there are a few where we’d prefer to insert 2015, 2016, 2017 to have a trend of goals over a span of time.  We understand this would be a single target per year as opposed to a range of possible outcomes.
