Dialog Confirmation on Window/Browser Close.

Originally from ticket #3336.

When editing a dialog it would be nice to have a confirmation window pop up before you close the window/browser, currently if someone accidentally closes their browser or browser window they will lose any unsaved work without warning. It would also be helpful to put this functionality on the close dialog window X.
