Start Date for Individuals

There should be a field when creating a user that defines their start date within a department. This would allow the Dashboard to reflect more accurate results, specifically under "Dialogs & Follow Ups".

For example, if Bob was hired in September and he looked at his Individual Dashboard score at year end for the whole year, it would display "4/12" for completed dialogs and he would have a 33% score even though in reality he completed all of his dialogs. This score would also negatively affect the Department Dashboard score.
