"Rank" field for Metrics (including Child metric option)

It would be helpful if there was a RANK field when creating metrics so you don't have to drag & drop the items after creating them (sometimes it can be real touchy and each Browser has different abilities). It would be even BETTER if you could also choose whether or not the RANK is a child of an existing metric (select 1.1 to automatically drop it as a child of metric #1). Basically you would be able to tell Connections exactly where to locate the metric while creating it.

Also, having this feature for linking/coping metrics would be helpful as well!
