Personal Tasks
You can currently select someone other than yourself to "own" a personal task, but that task will not show on the other person's Personal Task List. If you are a manager and have a list of monthly, recurring "to do's", it is recommended that you create a Department Project that is entitled "Month Name (June) Operations To Do's" – create your list of tasks with the owners' names (which will show on their Project task list) – then when June is over, make a copy of the project (including copying tasks, owners, etc.) and call it July Operations To Do's. Change the status of the June project to "completed" and you are good to go for the month of July.
