Categories for Metrics in Critical Measures

In Version 4.0 we do not have "categories" in Critical Measures to list your metrics.  The easiest thing to do is to list the categories as a metric and make the categories all capital letters, then list the metrics under each category as "children" (indenting) and non-caps. From a person's ability to cognitively understand what they are looking at, it is much easier if the metrics (or any lists of information) are organized into groups (or categories.) It is easier to view rather than make one big long list.  When aligning with projects, it is also easier to see the metrics as belonging to "groups/categories."
