Logging In Problems

If a User is having trouble loggin in:

Open DNS (opendns.com) is something an organization uses to do internet domain lookups, instead of using their ISP's DNS servers.  It's a great tool.  If a page come up from opendns.com, it means that the organization uses OpenDNS and that was set up by their IT people, and one of these:

1. The user either typed the URL in incorrectly
2. Something about the path through the Internet from their organization to the server is broken
3. Our server is not online
4. Maybe OpenDNS isn't caching our DNS records properly

You may need to refer this to your IT Department to help solve this issue.
