COL and Originating IP Addresses

We do not limit access by Originating IP addresses for the Web sites or COL 4, other than blocking many international IP subnets due to the large amounts of attacks coming from them.  We do limit by IP addresses for our internal-only access to the servers (remote desktop, etc.)
