Moving Metrics with Arrows

You can select several metrics and move all with one click of the arrow.  When moving a sub number to line up under a number above or below, you will need to move to the left first to move up or down under another whole number.  You can then move back to the right when you have it lined up where you want.

Example:  You want to move 1.7 and 1.8 down to 3.8 and 3.9.  Both are teh last ones in the number 1 section. You can’t move them down, without first moving them to the left.  You can select both and move both one move to the left with the left arrow.  Temporarily they became 2 and 3. Then you can again select both and move down till they are at the bottom of the 3 section, temporarily becoming 4 and 5.  Then you can select both and move to the right and they become 3.8 and 3.9 at the bottom of the 3 section.
