Forgot your password?

Using the "Forgot your password" option on the login page:

If you need to use this option, when the temporary password is sent to your email directly after your request, you will only have one hour to log in with this temporary password.  Within that one hour, you need to navigate to your People Tab, click on the pencil/edit symbol next to your name at the top of the page, and type your permanent password. 

If you miss the one hour time frame, you will need to request a temporary password again.
