With this latest upgrade, the Telerik report writer was also updated to be the latest version.  The report writer is used to create the reports on each tab.  The new report writer does not “process” “bad” html code.  “Bad” html code usually  happens when there is copying and pasting from Word.  The consequence of this issue is that when the user tries to open a report that has this bad html (usually in the org and dept pages) the reports shows a whoops error.<!--?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" ?-->

Bryan has reported the problem to Telerik which is looking into it.  We have an older version of the text editor (that has the WYSIWYG text editor).  Bryan is doing several things – first fixing manually the html in our clients that we know have the problem or have reported the problem.  He is also testing the new text editor which supposedly changes the bad html to work properly.  He is also looking for a way to do this automatically with the report.

In the mean time, please report this if you experience it so Bryan can fix it.  Also, you can print the page from the print icon from the browser and that can be used as your report.  The page will print with the information you want displayed.
