Add your Picture to your Individual Connections Page

In order to add a profile pictures of yourself in Connections Online, create an account on the Gravatar website (https://en.gravatar.com/) that is linked to your Connections Online email address. If you do not have an account simply sign up and add your picture there. Make sure you link the picture to your Connections Online email address and it will automatically pull in your image.  The important thing is that whatever picture you want to use in Connections Online must be linked to the email address used in Connections Online. These settings are all done in your account on the Gravatar website. Once it is setup Connections Online will automatically pull the picture from Gravatar.

  Yes, in the future, we will allow users to upload photos instead of using gravatar. The gravatar option was just something we could easily implement without having to do any database or storage changes on our end.

  I think there should be a way to paste this picture without having to use gravitar. We have many employees that I would like to place their picture without having each one signing up for gravitar.

  We were just discussing this for our organization too!  We always take photos of employees on their 1st day and would love to just be able to upload those photos to their Individual Connection page for them, rather than having them create a gravitar account.  Many do not use the gravitar feature and we currently have no other way to post employee photos in an easily searchable manner.  I hope this feature comes sooner rather than later!
