Performance Management Surveys

What happens to project surveys when they are completed?

• Answers from the Leader/Sponsor survey show up on the project closeout report and the dashboard
• Team member assessments are rolled up to the dashboard numbers and each individual's performance report
• Any survey you complete yourself will show up in your completed survey list
• Survey pages for your direct reports or for team members on projects where you were the leader will also be linked from your survey page

Where can I find samples of the Performance Management surveys?

• Sample performance surveys are available from an Individual Connection page under Sample Surveys: Performance Evaluation. These only show up when the site has the Performance Management feature enabled and there is a current performance period set up.
• Sample project surveys are available from Project Connection pages for projects that meet the criteria for having surveys, under Sample Surveys: Team Survey & Leader/Sponsor Survey.
