What to do about Unknown Errors when updating/creating items.

After logging into Connections Online and opening an edit box some users have reported seeing an error similar to this when attempting to save or cancel.

This error seems to occur most often when you open an edit box, leave it open for a few minutes (whether you are editing or not) and then attempting to save or cancel out.

This error is most likely caused by a web filter. The solution is to have your IT department enable SSL tunneling for *.connectionsonline.net.  Once that is in place you should stop seeing this error.
