It would be nice to be able to go to an individual's PM dashboard and see how they are doing on their project tasks. Are they getting things completed? Do they have too many open tasks? Do they have a lot of tasks past due that maybe just need to be updated in Connections Online?
A new box on the dashboard could show:
- # of project tasks open (empty start date or start date in the past)
- # of project tasks past due (not completed and past the projected end date)
- # of project tasks completed (in this performance period only)
- # of project tasks on deck (start date in the future)
These numbers would be for reference only and currently would not be added to the individual performance review scoring system.
Other types of tasks could possibly be added to this as well, but which ones? Dialog follow-up tasks? Basic role tasks? I would guess that personal tasks would not be needed.
