Additional column to the Organization project list

It would be nice to have an additional column on the organizational project list for strategic objectives. Ideally this objectives field would be after the project name but before the project phase.

Some good examples would be:

• Charge-Offs
• Compliance/Regulatory
• Deposits
• Efficiency/Capacity
• Fee Income
• Fraud
• Historical Projects 2018
• Infrastructure
• Loan Production
• Member Service
• Project
• Safety and Soundness
• Succession Planning
• Vendor Mandated

This list of objectives could be managed in site administration like the project statuses and phases if they would not change often. Or it could be a free entry field like tracking label.
