Cardwell Awarded Best of Show
by CUNA Tech Council at 2004 BAI
WESTLAKE, OHIO, November 22, 2004—Cardwell (www.connectionsonline.net), which develops software that helps companies better align employees with its strategic goals, today announced that it has received the Best of Show Award from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Technology Council during the 2004 Bank Administration Institute (BAI) Retail Delivery Conference and Expo in Las Vegas.
The Best of Show Award recognizes one company each year that provides an innovative solution for the credit union industry, demonstrates a commitment to both the industry and open standards, and prices its products to deliver value to a broad spectrum of the marketplace.
“For the outstanding things Connections Online enables credit unions to accomplish and for more than 20 years of exceptional service to our industry, we’re proud to bestow on Cardwell the CUNA Technology Council 2004 Best of Show award,” said Jim Morrell, chairman of the CUNA Technology Council and vice president of information systems at iQ Credit Union.
Based on a mid-2004 survey of Cardwell’s installed user base, the Connections Online suite delivered significant value to organizations, including:
§ Enabling companies to complete projects 30% faster, and
§ Saving active users an average of four hours per week through better access to project information and more productive meetings.
“We are honored by CUNA’s recognition of our pioneering technology, as well as our contribution to the credit union industry,” said Karla Norwood, President of Cardwell. “We look forward to making Connections Online even more valuable to industry members in 2005 by making it easier to deploy and connect to legacy applications.”
