Update 7/08 Report Bugs Anonymously

You can now report Connections Online 3.2 and 4.0 bugs anonymously by going to http://connections.16bugs.com/projects/1416/bugs/new or by following the Report a Bug link in Connections Online 4.0.  It helps us to follow up on the bug if you actually create an account and enter an e-mail address, however.   If you wish to be notified of status of the bug you reported, you must create an account.

And remember: never enter passwords as part of your bug report.  Those bug reports are visible to everyone, not just our support staff.

    We have since had to turn off anonymous bug reports.  They made it too difficult to communicate back to the users about the bugs.

    You can still report bugs by going to http://connections.16bugs.com/projects/1416/bugs/new, but now you will be required to log in to the 16bugs service.
