We just noticed that Zendesk, our support desk vendor, changed their SPF record requirements in October without sending out a notification. Our connectionsonline.net SPF record has now been updated to match their new requirements.
What's this mean for you? SPF records help validate email servers. If you have been expecting emails from support tickets or forum subscriptions but you have not been receiving them, this may resolve that issue. We have had eleven undelivered messages in the last two weeks, so this most likely only affected a small number of users.
