8/30 Update

The beta and production sites were updated today with a handful of small updates:

1. The Focus pop-up edit box now uses your site's selected keyword instead of always showing "Focus"
2. The Organization/Department Connection reports will now show Commitments for any site that has the Performance Management feature.
3. For sites with Performance Management, the Commitments and Personal Development Goals modules now allow those items to be expanded to display and check off their measures/tasks directly in the sidebar.
4. The API and possibly other places that were showing incorrect current metric values now show the correct values.
