8/30 Update

Another small update to fix some bugs:

• The Get Started link in the footer was removed. It was for testing and shouldn't have been there.
• On the Performance Management Individual Dashboard, completed projects that didn't have a projected end date set were keeping the project details from showing up. These projects no longer cause an issue.
• On the Individual Performance report, if no dialogs of a specific type were completed, no score was given. This has been fixed to show the proper score of 1 (out of 5). Also, if more than the expected number of dialogs were completed, a score larger than 5 was given. This is now capped at 5.
• On the Performance Management Individual Dashboard, people who were consultants or sponsors on projects were given scores for the projects. This has been fixed so that only project leaders and members get scores.
