Login and Passwords

Teaches you how to log into Connections Online. Please note the link to the Quick Reference Guide described in the video has changed. You can find it by going to Quick Reference Guide.
Shows you how to set and change your password.
Things to remember about passwords:
- You must have a password to login to connections.
- Use the "forget your password" link on the login page to have a temporary password sent to your email address
- Any temporary password sent to your email will only be good for one hour, if you do not reset your password within that time frame, you will have to start over with the "forget your password" link on the login page
- We recommend you use a strong password. for help making your password stronger and other things, see our tips and tricks.
Quick note about user names, we recommend these be set to your email address. This is typically the case, so if you happen to forget your user name it is usually set to your email address.
Basics
This will cover navigating around Connections Online. It will give you an overview of the five tabs in Connections Online and the search function.

Why should we have metrics? Where do I find them? What are the parts of a metric? If you have any of these questions you can find the answer in this video.
