Updates
- Individual Performance Reports can now only be viewed by people up the reporting tree from the individual and site administrators.
Fixes
- An individual can no longer report to themselves. This was preventing their page from loading properly. (#4832)
- The cursor no longer resets position in textboxes once a minute when the notification icon is refreshed. (#4828)
