Be able to set number/placement when adding tasks

In the 4.0 application, you could select the checkbox for a task, and then if you added a new task, it appeared right below the selected task in the task list. With 4.1, the tasks are always (it appears) added at the bottom of the list. It would be cool if you clicked selected a task and then added a new one, the new one would show up as either a child to the selected task, or just the very next one on the list.

Another idea is that when you're adding a new task, there is no drop-down for the rank. If it was added, that would allow the user to put the task where it is desired when it is added.

One last idea: Can the rank drop-down be programmed to take a typed in rank number? So, for example, if you were adding or editing a task, and you know you want it to be task 4.2, you could just enter 4.2 in the rank field. If there's already a 4.2, it could just push it down to 4.3 and insert that task exactly where it is desired.
