The Connections Online tool helps all employees - from high-level executives to tellers to call center representatives - align their efforts. The solution, which lists goals for the organization, enumerates all types of projects that are under way, not only technology-specific initiatives. The Web-based collaboration and management software runs on a corporate intranet or over the Internet. Because the platform gives all SECU employees access to the status of current projects, technology efforts at the bank are no longer duplicated, Wright notes."...
