Search
Use the magnifying glass in the upper right corner to search for pages that are grouped by Organizations, Departments, Projects, or People you want to view. You can also search for specific Tasks and Dialog Meetings. To search, click on the search magnifying glass and icons appear below the search field; roll over each icon and a text box will pop-up to tell you what list you will see if you click on the selected icon. The icons represent the information on each of the tabs.
For example, if you click on the icon for Departments , you will see a list of all the departments entered into Connections and you just click on the Department you want to see and the link will open the selected Department Tab. The same goes for Organizations, Projects, People, etc. Once you select the icon, you will see the list you want to view. Click on the link (from the list) for the tab or other information you want to see.
Tab Navigation
The tabs that appear when you first login to Connections represent the information already entered in Connections. For example, you might only see a Department Tab and a People Tab. That shows that there is at least one department name entered into Connections. And the People Tab shows that at least one user has been entered into Connections. If you do not have a Project Tab showing, it is because you or another User has not created a project yet on the Organization Tab or Department Tab.
Once you start navigating to other places in the application, you can easily navigate back to those places using the down arrow next to the Organization, Department, Project or People tab you want to view. Click on the arrow and you will then see the list of places you have recently visited and you can click on the name of the page you wish to revisit.
If you do not see the page you want to view after clicking on the down arrow, use the Search feature described above.
