- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In to access your account.
Forgot Your Password or Logging in for the First Time?
If you need to reset your password or access Connections for the first time:
- Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Enter your username (usually email address) into the field and submit.
- You’ll receive an email within a minute to reset your password. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact support for assistance.
- Use the link in the email to navigate to Connections
- Choose your new password
- Note: We use a widely trusted database that tracks passwords exposed in known data breaches. When you try to set a new password, we check it against this database, without ever sending your actual password anywhere, to see if it’s been compromised in the past. You will see an error message at the bottom in red if this is the case and you should choose a different/stronger password if so.
Logging In with Single Sign-On (SSO)
Connections Online supports SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On, allowing users to log in with an identity provider for seamless access across multiple systems.
SSO Login Process
- Go to the Connections Online login page and enter your username/email address.
- An orange “SSO” button will appear—click it to continue.
- You’ll be redirected to your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Cloud) for authentication.
- Once verified, you’ll be granted access to Connections Online without needing to enter additional credentials.
Which Login Method Should You Use?
- If your organization uses SSO, you can log in without needing a password, as long as you're authenticated with your identity provider.
- If SSO is not enabled, you’ll need to log in with your email and password.
If you're unsure which method applies to you, check with your administrator, IT team or send in a support ticket to ask!
