I hope this invitation finds you happy, healthy and busy! The purpose of this letter is to share our thoughts on the agenda for this year’s Users Roundtable. We also need your feedback.
We will be spending the Connections Online Users Roundtable getting your feedback on what you need, introducing new customer care services being implemented, hearing best practice presentations, and introducing special guest speakers.
We will also spend time training users on the new releases scheduled for the next several months: § First quarter release: copy, move, link to metrics, projects and tasks; roll up metrics (using simple calculations). § Second quarter release: using web services to sync with Outlook and populate the metrics automatically with data within the User’s organization.
It’s very exciting! We hope you will all be able to join us.
To plan this session, we need to get an idea of this year’s attendance. To do this, we need your help. Please respond to my assistant, Linda Schmidt lschmidt@cardwellgroup.com or 800-395-1410 by Monday to let her know if you are tentatively planning to attend or not able to attend.
We are developing the final details for the Roundtable's Agenda and will soon be letting you know more.
