Project-related reports are available throughout the Organization, Department, and Project pages in Connections Online v5. For all of these reports, security is still considered and project visibility is based on the permissions of the person viewing the report. While the content of these reports remains the same, their location and access method have changed to align with the updated interface.
Where to Find Reports
Reports are now accessed via the more options icon ⋮ located in the page header of each Organization, Department, or Project page. This menu contains additional options related to the current page, including available reports.
Organization & Department Reports
From any Organization or Department page (such as Dashboard, Metrics, or Projects), click the more options icon ⋮ in the top-right header to access:
1. Resource Utilization Report (by Tasks)
- Displays all project tasks across the selected organization or department.
- Includes task details such as project name, start/due dates, projected hours, actual hours and task owner.
- Allows grouping by specific individual or by task.
2. Resource Utilization Report (by Projects)
- Shows how many projects each team member is assigned to in a summary, including total actual and projected hours on those projects.
- Lists all projects for the organization/department with each team member and their role and actual and projected hours.
- Allows filtering by specific individual or by project status.
3. All Projects Report
- Lists all projects and their summary details across the site.
4. Active / Completed Projects Reports
- These reports list the active/completed projects for the selected organization or department for a selected performance period.
- Information includes the project name, its ancestor, status, phase, tracking number, start and end date.
Project Page Reports
On any Project page, use the more options icon ⋮ in the header to access:
Project Meeting Report
- Generates a printable report for the selected project.
- Includes all project details including:
- Start / End dates
- Status & Phase
- Team Members
- Project Scope
- Evaluation Criteria
- Metrics
- Tasks
- Related Links
- Comments
