Once the project has a completed date set, you can use the more options icon ⋮ to create the closeout dialog as long as there is a sponsor and at least one member for the project. The closeout dialog has a number of questions which are located in the project closeout section under the agenda for the dialog. The team can answer those questions at the dialog meeting.
