Jim Cardwell – Speaker at Bridging The Gap HR/TD Council Conference in San Francisco Succession Planning and Leadership Development:
Specific Areas Covered:
Connections Online New Support Site We've moved all of our old bug reports, feature requests, and forums over to this new system hosted with Zendesk. There are still a few broken links to fix, but other than that, things should be good to go.
A favorite feature of this new site is that it shares logins with Connections Online. If you have a Connections Online account, you can log in with it here, too! I also love the new e-mail notification system, new support tickets, new integration with the Connections Online web site and Connections Online applications, the new... well, you get the idea.
Take a look around, use the forum search, suggest new features, and please, report any missing images or broken links that you find!
You can access the site at the bottom of your Connections Online page by click on “Support Community”, choose to open it in a new tab.
