New COL Mobile App: Connections Online Forecast answers the question "What are my priorities today?" It provides a convenient view of your commitments in Connections Online. There are three views provided to help you organize your time. The Today view provides you with a summary of what is going on today. It shows statistics for your Tasks, Dialogs, and Projects as of now. The To-do List shows all your Tasks and Dialogs by date due or scheduled date and time. Only Tasks that have Projected Due Dates are shown here. These are your to-do items. The Other list includes all of your Tasks that don't have due dates. It is arranged by Start to help you see what is coming up.

User Roundtable Details: March 2 - 4, 2016. We will have our Kick-Off Dinner on Wednesday evening, March 2nd and the Users Roundtable will be on Thursday (8:30 to 5:00) and on Friday (8:30 to noon). Meet new and old friends, and hear Best Practices!

Our Users Roundtable will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in the beautiful San Diego Bay - Downtown area!

Connections Online works fine with IE 11 and also MS Edge (which is newer than IE 11) Edge is part of Windows 10.

Re-setting List Order When Sorting by Column Headers

Just click the "sorted" column header two more times until the black arrow disappears. This will take it back to the default order. (For example, ordering project on the Org or Dept page by end date, the order of the project list will change. To reorder, click the End Date two more times until the black arrow disappears.)

Connections Online Announcements

Exciting News Regarding Related Links - Free Uploading of Documents is Here!

Related Links upload service allows Users to upload documents through the Related Links Function of Connections. To use, simply click the drop down "File URL" and either type in the file URL or click "Upload File". Files are stored in Amazon's S3 service. They currently upload through our server but do not get stored on our server. Then they are downloaded directly from the S3 server to the end user. Everything about the process listed on https://secure.sypher.com is still the same, except that there is no longer a need to sign-up separately for the service. It is still encrypted in transit and on the server with built-in backups and redundant servers. We do NOT recommend uploading any customer/member information but should be fine for non-regulated data.

Users who would like to be automatically notified by email when the server is down, or when there are updates, must subscribe to these Forums. To subscribe, simply go to this Forum link, login with your Connections Online password, then click the "subscribe" button in the upper right of the page: https://connectionsonline.zendesk.com/forums/377724-Announcements You will then automatically receive an email when any update announcements are posted on the forums.

You can also click on any of the other Forums and subscribe to the ones for which you want to stay informed of any new posts.
