Tips of the Month
Excel Template – Task Name Length
For tasks in the Excel file, there is a limit on task name length. You will need to make these names less than 255 characters before the spreadsheet will send to Connections. If the names are longer, the template will not sync.
Changing your Password
If you have changed your password using the “Forgot Your Password” feature or changed it on your page, but it is not working the next time you try to log in, delete any characters in the URL line after the connectionsonline.net/. Sometimes the link is still pointing to the old password link.
